The property was last sold in 1985 to Arthur Rittel who created the distinctive "Cuddle and Bubble" theme and consistently renovated the rooms into ever- increasingly dramatic suites many of which had 15 inch crown moldings, victorian furniture, huge flat screen TV's, columned bathrooms and four post beds.
