The former home of Luzietti Pools since 1973 and soon to be the new home of Suits You Swimwear. The new owner is Nelly Sheehan, of Suits You Swimwear, with stores in the Cape Cod Mall, Chatham and Mashpee. Suits You Swimwear operates year round for swimwear and accessories plus they are the headquarters for Halloween Costumes for adults and Children of all ages. From Left to Right: Philip M. Four Commercial Units on the first floor plus three studio apartments on the second floor plus a 624 SF stand alone garage was delivered vacant to the new buyer.
