300 Barnstable Road, Hyannis - sold Feb 28, 2001 for $425,000. The Building formerly housed TypeTrends Printing which has re-located across the street.  The building held 2,000 square feet on each floor.  The sale was handled exclusively by Chuck Carey.
 
Corner of Rt. 149 and Lovells Lane, Marstons Mills sold Feb 7, 2001 for $250,000.  Theodore A. Schilling Esq. represented the seller.  The high profile building became well known in the 1980's as the Cellar Door  -  a womens shoe store but very few people realize it was actually Bob Villa's Office at one point.  The sale was handled exclusively by Chuck Carey
 
The Former Four Points Hotel,  Rt. 132 Hyannis.  Was the Sheraton at one time and then the Cape Codder.  Starwood Corp. a large Chicago REIT,  purchased the property from Thomas Flately in a package of hotels a few years ago.   - 261 Rooms with 20,000 SF in Function and F&B space on 11 acres sold December 28, 2000 by Chuck Carey and Jim O'Connell for $8.8 M to the Catania Family who will not operate it as a 4 Points Hotel.
 
The Marshland Restaurant Rt. 6A Sandwich - Well known Restaurant Business ( real estate not included ) near intersection of Rt. 6A and Tupper Road.  The purchase was financed by Compass Commercial Lending Group who was represented by Ted Shilling, Esq. of Hyannis.  The Business was Sold January 3, 2001 Carey Commercial for $325,000
